Please note:
Check in: from 14.00 pm.
Check out: until 10.30 am.
Please always quote the booking number in case of queries. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings via the hotel website within 24 hrs of receipt without giving reasons.
Cancellations:
You have the possibility to cancel your booking free of charge until 18:00 the day before. Please make a change or cancellation of your booking only at info@hotel-mohren.at or call us: +43 (0) 5672 62345. In case of cancellation after the free cancellation period as well as in case of "no show" the total amount will be charged by the hotel according to the reservation.
Special cancellation conditions:
If there are special cancellation conditions (for example, at Christmas, New Year's Eve or the carnival week), we will inform you about it in the offer.
Payment:
You pay directly at the hotel. All major credit cards are accepted and you can of course pay your bill in cash.
Cancellation: The regulations of the Austrian Hotel Association apply.
