Our chef de cuisine Thomas and his team use a wide selection of regional produce to conjure up the finest creations in Austrian and international cuisine. Available seven days a week in our hotel’s restaurant in the centre of Reutte in Tyrol. Our cuisine is centred primarily around regionality and seasonality, with the finest asparagus dishes created in spring and light cuisine offered in summer, while our autumn menu of course features everything our native forests have to offer!
